Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Mooresville, IN. This ICU RN position offers a night shift schedule in a community hospital setting, providing care for adult patients with complex medical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, and post-operative needs. The role requires a proactive, adaptable nurse committed to delivering patient-centered care within a small-team environment.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience, experience caring for critically ill adult patients, cardiac rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, titration of vasoactive drips, BLS and ACLS certifications, ability to work independently in a community hospital ICU setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Sepsis management, Rapid Response and Code Blue experience, floating to PCU/Med-Surg as needed
• Float: Float to Medical/Surgical, Progressive Care Unit, and Emergency Department as needed; may be assigned to the organizations Indianapolis location based on staffing needs.

• Additional Information: Must be comfortable managing a diverse adult patient population in an 8-bed ICU, working closely with interdisciplinary teams including providers, emergency department, and house supervisors. The unit is equipped with Phillips Telemetry Monitoring System, cardiac monitors, IV pumps, high-flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilators, crash cart, defibrillator, and continuous pulse oximetry.
