Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Phoenix This role involves coordinating comprehensive patient care for transplant and disease management patients, including pre-operative assessment, post-operative care, discharge planning, and patient education. The position requires experience with transplant populations and involves working in a dynamic outpatient and inpatient environment.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: BLS certification, valid CA RN license, Bachelors degree, at least 2 years of clinical experience, and outpatient EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) experience are required.
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Coordination of all aspects of patient care, including managing pre- and post-transplant patients, supporting discharge planning, and providing patient education on care and medications. Assists with patient admissions and discharges, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and participates in educational programs on transplantation.
• Additional Information: Previous experience with transplant populations is mandatory. Candidates must complete required onboarding within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide proof of all certifications and licensure as specified.
