Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) professional needed at a healthcare facility in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The position involves evening shifts, with orientation scheduled for October 5th. The role requires previous ER experience, with a minimum of two years, and certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI). The candidate must pass an electrocardiogram (EKG) examination during orientation and be licensed in Florida or hold a compact license. Flexibility to float as needed and willingness to work every other weekend or alternating weekends and holidays are essential.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS, BLS, CPI; Florida or compact license on file; minimum of 2 years ER experience; ability to pass EKG exam during orientation; previous ER experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: High acuity and fast-paced emergency department experience; prior experience with Cerner electronic medical record system
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Orientation scheduled for 10/5 only. No local candidates accepted. Candidate must be available to start on or after 10/26/2026 and work through 12/07/2026. Must pass EKG exam during orientation. Scrubs should be royal blue. All relevant licenses and RTO requests must be included at submission.
