Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse needed for a facility located in the area. This position involves providing perioperative patient care in a high-tech surgical environment, supporting a variety of specialty procedures including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic. The role is suitable for qualified nurses seeking flexibility in shift scheduling and diverse clinical exposure.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and a minimum of 0 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in operating room nursing or perioperative care is advantageous.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves 4 to 5 shifts per 13-week contract, with options for 12-hour shifts or on-call duties, day or night. Care is provided to patients of all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, and the role may include on-call responsibilities.
