Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse position available at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing direct patient care within a 188-bed acute care hospital featuring advanced surgical technology, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and comprehensive cardiovascular and womens health services. The RN will support high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, associated educational background, no minimum years of experience required, location requirement, and applicable certifications
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervising staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and supporting the facilitys Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of patient care, staff competency, and resource management.
