Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Orthopedic Nurse Night Shift location unspecified. This role involves providing specialized patient care on a medical surgical orthopedic floor, supporting patient recovery and comfort. It is a short-term assignment focused on delivering quality nursing services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, appropriate certifications, educational background in nursing, location flexibility, and at least one year of clinical experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in orthopedic care or medical-surgical units, additional certifications related to orthopedic or surgical nursing.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and complying with hospital standards and protocols. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities.
