Registered Nurse / Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Job Summary:
A Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nurse is needed in an ambulatory surgery setting on the evenings shift. This position involves caring for patients undergoing peri-anesthesia procedures in a specialty unit with approximately 25 beds and a daily caseload of 35. The role requires clinical expertise in post-anesthesia recovery, with a focus on patient safety and support, including interaction with students and new hires.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Nursing license, 3-4 years of clinical experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), EPIC electronic health record system experience, and the ability to meet the start date of 10/05/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience is not required; however, candidates must have been separated from the healthcare organization for at least 6 months to be eligible.
