Job Summary
Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) in North Adams, MA. This role involves providing specialized surgical assistance in a hospital setting, supporting a variety of procedures including total joint replacements and endoscopy. Candidates will be part of a team ensuring high standards of patient care and surgical efficiency.

Job Details

• Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• Education Requirements: Certified Surgical Technician (NBSTSA) certification required
• Location Requirements: Candidates must include a perm address in their profile and reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Years of Experience: 3 years of current ORT CERT experience required
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technician with current certification, at least 3 years of OR experience, experience with total joint replacement, endoscopy experience; must float to BMC (Crane and Endoscopy) when needed (approx. 21 miles)
• Additional Qualifications: Must have own vehicle, valid profile with work history, skills checklist, a supervisory signed reference from within the past two years, and active AHA BLS certification
• Submission Requirements: All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission; requests after offer might lead to rescinded offer
