Registered Nurse / Operating Room

Job Summary:

Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in a healthcare facility. This 13-26 week contract involves rotating shifts with 10-hour days, primarily from 07:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 19:00. The role requires providing specialized perioperative nursing care, including assisting with robotic surgeries, and may involve floating within skill sets or to sites within 40 miles if necessary.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 3 years of OR experience, EPIC electronic medical record systems experience, robotic surgical experience, scrub nurse experience helpful, at least 3 years of clinical experience, minimum of 1 year prior travel experience, and the ability to float to other sites within 40 miles if needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic surgeries and prior travel nursing experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates should complete Ascension profile and skills checklist, provide three professional references, and have necessary licenses and certifications verified. This role includes rotating call during weekdays and weekends, as well as holiday call hours.
