Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical With Telemetry

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurses are needed for a rotating day and night shift position in a healthcare facility. This position involves working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday. The assignment is for an 8-week duration, with a limited approval for three days off during the assignment.

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM and 7:00 AM 7:30 PM), with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Valid licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) license required in the relevant state.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record experience is required.
• Additional Information:
  • Winter staffing needs for travelers.
  • No separation period from the organization is necessary to submit open assignments.
  • Local candidates are accepted at a rate $10 less than the travel rate.
  • Travel is not required for this position.
  • Float rotation may be required, but explicitly set to No for this role.
