Job Summary
Psychiatric Nurse (RN) Night Shift The organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join an inpatient acute psychiatric unit. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and support to adult and adolescent patients within the full scope of practice, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment and patient safety.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN), current CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), and a minimum of 0 years of nursing experience in psychiatric care or a related field.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in inpatient psychiatric settings, CPR certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), and familiarity with psychiatric protocols and procedures.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform patient assessment, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with team members to achieve care goals. The role requires critical thinking, adherence to organizational policies, and demonstration of clinical competencies.
