Registered Nurse / Hospice

Job Summary:
Hospice clinician support specialist based in Oregon. This short-term contract focuses on facilitating the transition to HCHB PointCare electronic medical record systems for a healthcare provider. The role includes pre-implementation training, on-site support during go-live, and serving as a preceptor, with minimal bedside care expected.
Job Details:
- Schedule: October 12, 2026, through November 20, 2026; Days shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience; Oregon license pending; tech-savvy and reliable; previous experience with community hospital or LTAC settings preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience (preferred for Registered Nurses); previous Compassus experience is a plus.
- Additional Information: Clinicians will complete three weeks of HCHB PointCare education before go-live, followed by three weeks of on-site support. The role does not require providing full bedside care except for possible ride-alongs. No return-to-office (RTO) requests will be accepted for this short-term contract.
