Registered Nurse / Telemetry

Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) specialized registered nurse position located in the area. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a cardiac telemetry unit, primarily scheduled for night shifts. The position requires a flexible approach to patient management and adherence to hospital protocols, with rotations as needed.

Job Details:

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Education & Experience: CA registered nurse license, current with Nursys within the last 2 weeks, at least 2 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac/telemetry units, with familiarity using the Epic charting system.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Travel Experience Required: No
• Additional Information: The unit supports interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretaries. The unit accepts all diagnoses, with special procedures such as pre/post CABG, TAVR, CEA, Watchman, and cardiac cath/PCI.
• Note: Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing, and provide 7-year work history verification. All compliance documents are due 10 days prior to the start date. No separation time required for return staff/travelers.
