Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in southeastern Washington, serving the Tri-Cities area. The role involves providing urgent and emergency care in a busy emergency department, working overnight shifts with a schedule of 12-hour nights. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care in a well-equipped, teaching hospital setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications; must have at least 2 years of experience in emergency medicine; current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in similar ER settings; strong communication and teamwork skills
• Additional Information: The role involves caring for a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients. The unit maintains a patient ratio of approximately 4:1 and utilizes the Paragon Electronic Health Record system.
