Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) nurse position in a regional trauma center located in Johnstown, PA. The role involves providing critical care to a diverse patient population in a Level 1 Trauma Center, with shifts scheduled during daytime hours. This opportunity is ideal for experienced nursing professionals committed to clinical excellence and team collaboration.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in emergency or critical care settings. Candidate must have all Pennsylvania clearances, including Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI fingerprinting within the last two years, and PA State Police Clearance. All clearances must be submitted and uploaded prior to start date.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience and critical care experience are preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able and willing to work all shift times, including days, nights, and mids. Complete and clear screenings are required prior to start. Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays.
