Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a day shift. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The ER Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the patient care process.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and recent experience in an ER setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing, professional certification related to emergency nursing, and prior ER experience.
• Additional Information: The ER Nurse will perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and professional standards. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation of patient care, and documentation. The role may involve supervising staff and working with a multidisciplinary team, including external contacts and community providers. The position requires effective communication, quick response to patient needs, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
