Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse versatile healthcare professional skilled in perioperative patient care. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. The OR nurse collaborates with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and a minimum of one year of experience working in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing (BSN) and professional certification in perioperative nursing.
• Additional Information: The role requires assessing patient needs, preparing for surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and monitoring patient responses during surgeries. The position involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documentation of care, and adherence to safety protocols.
