Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Pediatric Float Nurse position available in a pediatric-focused healthcare facility. This role involves floating between multiple campuses, providing critical care in various ICU settings including Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Telemetry ICU (TDICU), and Cardiac ICU (CICU), as well as general and specialty areas as needed. The position is suitable for nurses with at least two years of pediatric or pediatric critical care experience seeking a dynamic and flexible working environment.

Job Details

• Shift: Days, Weekend Block (Friday-Sunday)
• Patient Ratio: 2-3:1
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license in Georgia or a compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, at least two years of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) experience, Electronic Pediatric Charting (EPIC) proficiency, and availability to make up any missed shifts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multiple ICU settings including NICU, NICOTINE-FREE facility experience, and flexibility to float between campuses.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Additional Information: This position requires a drug screen and adherence to facility policies including mandatory flu vaccination. All candidates must comply with testing and vaccination requirements.
