Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Smyrna, Tennessee. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the surgical environment, supporting a variety of procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse surgical team and contribute to patient safety and outcomes.
Job Details:
- Location: Smyrna, Tennessee
- Shift: Days, 10 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/05/2026
- End Date: 01/04/2027
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification; no minimum experience required, but OR RN Circulator experience is preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic medical records; familiarity with general, orthopedic, gynecological, robotic, ENT, urological, vascular, plastic, and thoracic procedures
- Additional Information: This position is for a surgical nurse supporting an operating room team with a range of surgical specialties. The team works during day shifts with a collaborative environment. No weekend or on-call requirements unless the candidate is interested in additional responsibilities.
