Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Floor in Wenatchee, Washington. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a hospital environment within a Medical Surgical specialty. The RN will coordinate patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 3, 12-hour shifts per week, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; adherence to facility policies and unit standards; compliance with Washington Nurse Practice Act; float as a sitter; may float between Mares and Central Campuses; may float in rotation between Mares Rehab and Mares Medical Surgical Floor
• Responsibilities include coordinating and providing patient care, developing and reassessing care plans, administering medications, documenting assessments and interventions, evaluating discharge plans, educating patients and families, delegating and overseeing care by non-licensed personnel, and collaborating with the healthcare team
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required
• Experience: 3 years of relevant nursing experience preferred, with a minimum of 0 years required
• Location Requirements: Must have a valid Washington State or Compact RN license
• Schedule: Night shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, from the start date of 09/28/2026 to the end date of 12/27/2026
• Additional Information: Float requirements are not applicable for this position
