Job Summary

Colorado is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for an Operating Room (OR) position at a Level III trauma center. The role involves working in a state-of-the-art surgical environment with a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts and a rotating call schedule. The candidate must have experience across multiple specialties including Orthopedics, Total Joints, Neurosurgery/Spine, Robotics, Urology, Gynecology, Ear, Nose, and Throat, and Plastics.

Job Details

• Position: Surgical Technician / Operating Room Technician (ORT)
• Schedule: Working 4-10-hour shifts with a rotating call schedule
• Start Date: 10/06/2026
• End Date: 01/05/2027
• Certifications and Education: Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program, Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) or NCCT, and active Colorado Surgical Tech License (CST) issued by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
• Experience: No minimum years of experience specified, but candidate must have relevant experience with Orthopedics, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics
• Additional Requirements: Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Travel Rules: Traveler`s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
• Housing: Newly remodeled studio and one-bedroom apartments available for travel staff, fully furnished with utilities, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, and no deposit required
• Submission Requirements: Resume and skills sheet, CO Surgical Tech (CST) license (DORA) is required; out-of-state agencies must register to operate in Colorado
