Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in the area. This role involves providing patient care for a diverse patient population, including medical, cardiac, pre and post cardiovascular surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow. The position supports a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care during night shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license verified through Nursys, professional license or certification, driver`s license or state ID, ascension profile, two professional references, and a resume. No minimum years of experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves caring for a profile of cardiac and neurological patients, with responsibilities including assessment, intervention, and documentation of patient conditions. The unit operates under established SOPs to ensure quality care delivery.
