Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in a community setting. The role involves providing acute care services in the emergency department, managing patient flow, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The position requires adaptability and critical thinking to address diverse emergency cases.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift with hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, every other weekend or every other holiday; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nurse license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), at least 1 year of emergency room nursing experience, and work authorization in the location.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are desirable.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves managing emergency cases, administering treatments, monitoring patient statuses, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and possess excellent communication skills.
