Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in a busy hospital setting. This role involves providing specialized care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods, ensuring patient safety and comfort. The assignment is scheduled for nights, with shift hours totaling 12 hours per shift and a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 09/27/2026 and concluding on 12/19/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license within the state, completion of a nursing degree from an accredited program, 0 years of experience required, and compliance with hospital location requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with labor, delivery, and postpartum care; certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) preferred
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: This role involves direct patient care in a high-pressure obstetric environment, including monitoring fetal and maternal well-being, assisting with deliveries, and providing postpartum education. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
