Registered Nurse / Labor And Delivery Department

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a facility located in a healthcare provider`s setting for a 48-week period beginning on 10/12/2026. The role involves providing comprehensive maternal care in a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit, including managing labor, delivery, and postpartum patients. The position requires adherence to established clinical protocols and includes working night shifts to support patient needs during overnight hours.

Job Details:

• Position: Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN
• Location: Healthcare provider`s facility
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, approximately 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Valid RN license in the state or a Compact License with proof of state residency
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience in labor and delivery nursing
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information:
  • Must have a minimum of 1.5 years of relevant recent experience in labor and delivery nursing
  • The unit is equipped with four labor rooms, one operating room, nursery facilities, hydrotherapy, and a negative pressure room for postpartum care and infant testing
  • Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) is preferred but not mandatory
