Registered Nurse / Psychiatric Unit

Job Summary:
Psychiatric Nursing Nurse (RN) Night Shift, located in the mental health department. This role involves providing safe, patient-centered mental health care to adult and geriatric patients experiencing emotional or psychological disturbances. The nurse will assess, evaluate, and intervene using the nursing process to deliver comprehensive mental health services in an acute care setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license; Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum of one year recent experience in an acute care setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a psychiatric or mental health unit; familiarity with mental health protocols and interventions
• Fade: Float: Float rotation may be required
