Job Summary
Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) Specialist in Augusta, Georgia. This position involves supporting the cardiovascular catheterization laboratory team in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures on cardiac patients. The role requires collaboration with medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 10/12/2026 to 01/11/2027
  • Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR) setting; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with procedures performed on the unit, familiarity with GE/MacLab equipment, Meditech documentation system, and staffing with Registered Nurses (RN) and Radiology/Cardiology Interventional Staff (RCIS).
  • Additional Information: Candidates will support pre, intra, and post-care of cardiac patients. The unit utilizes GE/MacLab equipment, maintains specific staffing ratios, and follows hospital policies for floating and patient safety. The team is experienced, with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes, and the department occasionally manages approximately three STEMI cases per month. On-call duties are present but are minimal and manageable.

  • Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs
