Job Description

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a facility in New Mexico. This full-time position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population. The RN will coordinate and implement patient-centered care, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to established standards while demonstrating professionalism and respect for staff, patients, and families.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license; BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); ACLS Certification from AHA; PALS Certification from AHA; TNCC Certification; Certification in CPI or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
  • Additional Information: The role involves obtaining and recording initial patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing point-of-care testing procedures, and participating in patient education and discharge planning. The RN will delegate tasks appropriately, coordinate team assignments, promote a positive work environment, and contribute to organizational goals through collaboration and professional growth. The position may require flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions.
