Registered Nurse / Psychiatric Unit

Job Summary:
Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a pediatric and adolescent psychiatric facility in a day shift setting. The position involves providing mental health care and support to a young patient population, including administering medication, performing blood draws, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/12/2026 and will run through 01/09/2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid NH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification; Phlebotomy experience and willingness to perform blood draws on pediatric and adolescent patients; previous pediatric psychiatric experience preferred
• Additional Information: Performs general or specialized nursing duties under the supervision of the Nurse Manager in a pediatric/adolescent psychiatric setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatment planning, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. Must be aware of and willing to work exclusively on First Shift; weekends are required.
