Job Summary
Social Worker Bend, Oregon. This position supports a hospital-based social work department, focusing on providing comprehensive social services to adult and geriatric patient populations. The social worker will assist with discharge planning, crisis intervention, and patient-centered support to facilitate quality care and appropriate resource utilization.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Masters Degree, licensed in the state, 1 year of experience, necessary certifications as specified
• Preferred Qualifications: Hospital-based experience, strong critical thinking and communication skills, empathy, and adaptability
• Additional Information: The role involves supporting adult and geriatric patients with a focus on discharge planning, crisis intervention, and patient advocacy. The position is a new or expanded service line within the facility
