Registered Nurse / Long Term Care

Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) registered nurse position is available in a facility with a total of 160 beds. The role involves providing routine daily nursing care and other desired services to elderly residents in accordance with their assessment, preferences, and care plans. The nurse works closely with the Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to manage daily functions and must have a BLS (Basic Life Support) certification and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Previous Epic electronic medical record experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting is required. The position offers a consistent schedule with evening shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Long Term Care facility
• Schedule: Evenings shift, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week, with every other weekend rotation required
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required
• Required Qualifications: Valid license/certificate verification; previous Epic experience within the last 12 months in a long-term care setting; no minimum experience other than required certifications and licensure
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The candidate may be required to work night shifts (22:45 - 06:45) at times. The position starts on 09/28/2026 and ends on 12/27/2026.
