Registered Nurse / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specializing in Level 4 care located in the region. The position involves providing advanced neonatal nursing care with the potential to float to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and general pediatric units if needed. The role requires delivering patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment, maintaining compliance with hospital standards and clinical protocols.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certified in Nursing in the relevant state, with a valid nursing license. A minimum of 0 years of experience is required, ideally with 2 years of Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience. Willingness to float to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or general pediatric units if necessary. Experience with Sunrise Clinical Manager electronic health record (EHR) system is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of neonatal nursing standards and procedures. Experience working with Level 4 NICU patients. Ability to adapt to different clinical settings as needed.
  • Additional Information: The candidate must have completed the necessary licensure and certifications as per state regulations. Skills checklist and references are required for submission.
