Registered Nurse / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) level III position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized nursing care for critically ill neonates, including managing advanced respiratory support, therapeutic cooling, and high-acuity patients. The nurse will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring neonatal stability and supporting family needs.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), 0+ years of experience caring for high-acuity and critically ill neonates, experience with therapeutic cooling, strong clinical skills in ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP/NIPPV, high-flow oxygen, invasive line management, medication administration, neonatal assessments, and emergency response.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience in NICU setting
  • Additional Information: The role requires direct nursing care to premature and critically ill neonates, including those requiring advanced respiratory and hemodynamic support. Responsibilities include managing invasive lines, administering IV medications, participating in neonatal resuscitation, and providing family education. The position duration is from 10/05/2026 to 01/03/2027.
