Licensed Practical Nurse / Long Term Care

Job Summary:
Long Term Care Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position is located in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The LVN delivers technical nursing care to residents utilizing the nursing process, working as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. The role may include assuming charge nurse responsibilities as needed to support patient care and operational needs.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12 hours
• Schedule: Shift Time: Days; Shift Hours: 12; Minimum Hours Per Week: 36
• Required Qualifications: Valid vocational nurse license, active healthcare certification, and a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience. Current CPR certification as per AHA standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
• Additional Information: RTO (Request for Time Off) is not approved unless specified in the offer. This position is scheduled to start on 09/15/2026 and end on 12/15/2026.
