Travel Tele RN job in Lake Havasu City, AZ: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring at the facility in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The telemetry unit is part of a 40-plus bed medical-surgical department, offering a supportive and inclusive environment with a patient ratio based on acuity. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team. Required qualifications include an active Arizona or Compact RN license, an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are recommended. Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability are essential for success in this role. You will work rotating shifts and collaborate closely with patients and families.
