Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) on a medical-surgical floor in Casper, Wyoming. This role involves patient assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and documenting patient progress effectively.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification is required, and a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Nursing preferred. Professional certification is advantageous.
• Additional Information: This position involves direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
