Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical (MS) Nursing position in a Level 1 trauma center located at a hospital campus. The role involves working in a floating capacity across various units, with shifts scheduled during daytime hours. This assignment requires flexibility to float to the highest-need units and facilities, providing critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Nursys license verification, completion of Ascension skills checklist, and professional references. Experience is not specified, but candidates must meet basic licensing and certification requirements.
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS).
• Additional Information: This position is a float role, requiring the nurse to be adaptable and available to float to different units as needed. Candidates will receive a call prior to shift start to confirm location. The role involves providing care to adult patients in a hospital setting and adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
