Job Summary:
Infusion Nurse in a medical facility setting. This position involves providing infusion services for patients with a variety of diagnoses, including autoimmune conditions, chronic infections, dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and oncology-related illnesses. The role supports the delivery of biologic therapies, hydration, immunotherapy, injections, and supportive infusion treatments, ensuring quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/13/2026 and ending on 01/12/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification, and a minimum of 2 years of infusion or oncology experience. The candidate must have experience with adults, dressing changes, interpretation of laboratory results, intramuscular and intravenous infusions, vital sign monitoring, subcutaneous injections, venipuncture/phlebotomy, and familiarity with charting systems.

- Experience required includes prior work in infusion or oncology settings.
- The role involves caring for adult patients within a 10-bed infusion center that manages a daily census of 18-24 patients.
- Responsibilities include performing special procedures, utilizing relevant equipment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams such as IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretaries.
- Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing and provide two recent references.
- All necessary compliance documentation, including work history verification and certifications, must be submitted 10 days prior to the start date.
- There is no requirement for experience beyond 2 years, and candidates must be eligible to work in California.
- Onboarding modules are non-billable and will be completed during orientation, with hours varying by specialty.
