Operating Room Tech / Surgical Technician/Operating Rm Tech

Job Summary
Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing a wide variety of duties to assist the circulator and surgeon in the care of the surgical patient. The position requires maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patients at all times under the supervision of qualified operating room personnel. The role includes an on-call component: one weeknight call per week and weekend call every fifth weekend.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Surgical Technician or Operating Room Technician, safety and sterility protocols compliance, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and location requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-acuity surgical settings, proficiency with surgical instrumentation, and operating room procedures.
• Additional Information: The technician must perform duties in a sterile environment under the guidance of qualified operating room personnel. An on-call schedule includes one weeknight call per week and every fifth weekend. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
