Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a rural West Texas Level 4 Trauma Center. This role involves providing critical nursing care in a small but busy 8-bed emergency department, with a 24-hour patient volume of approximately 30 encounters daily. The position requires experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes in a demanding environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a registered nurse, current certifications in Trainee Nurse Certification Course (TNCC), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). No minimum years of experience specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in trauma or emergency care settings preferred.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available for a quick start. Billing for this position is to be sent directly to lorij@rpmh.net. Work week runs from Sunday to Saturday.
