Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical (MEDSURG) - Surgical/Orthopedic unit in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing patient care on a surgical and orthopedic floor, with a focus on supporting patient recovery and post-operative needs. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Kentucky or Compact State License, EMR System experience with EPIC. Candidates experienced with EPIC EMR are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Surgical Floor and Surgical/Orthopedic units.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Those with EPIC EMR experience are a plus! Scrub colors for travelers include royal blue for ICU and black for all other units. Position start date is 10/05/2026, with an end date of 11/28/2026.
