Registered Nurse / Emergency Room

Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Location: unspecified. This contract position involves providing urgent and critical care in a busy emergency department setting. The role requires maintaining effective patient assessment, intervention, and documentation, supporting a fast-paced environment with diverse patient needs for a duration of 13 weeks starting in October 2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale); 3 years of experience in emergency nursing; located within commute distance of the assignment site
• Preferred Qualifications: Meditech electronic medical record experience, trauma experience, inpatient experience, CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification
• Additional Information: The unit manages a mix of adult trauma, behavioral health, cardiac, and emergency cases. Candidates should be team players and multitaskers, able to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on trauma and urgent care procedures. Dress code includes navy blue scrubs.
