Licensed Practical Nurse / Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Nurse in a dedicated inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital that specializes in the treatment and recovery of individuals with severe injuries or illnesses. This role involves providing specialized nursing care tailored to patients recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries, with a focus on maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current nursing license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid CPR certification (AHA or equivalent), no minimum experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in rehabilitation or related specialties, experience working with neurological, trauma, and orthopedic patients preferred
• Additional Information: This position involves delivering comprehensive nursing care in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation setting, supporting patients through their recovery journey with an interdisciplinary team.
