Registered Nurse / Progressive Care Unit

Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility setting located in Lewisville, Texas. This role offers an opportunity to work during the night shift, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. The position is suitable for RNs with minimal experience, offering a competitive schedule over an assignment period spanning from October 5, 2026, to January 4, 2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, COVID-19 vaccination, and 0 years of experience with a focus on patient care in a hospital setting
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Additional Information:
  • Number of Positions: 2
  • Patients per nurse: to be determined based on staffing needs
  • Documentation system: Meditech
  • Floating policy: As needed
  • Dress code: Professional scrubs with specific color requirements; neat and clean appearance with no artificial nails, clean and well-groomed hair, tattoos covered when possible, and no visible piercings other than earrings
  • Unit-specific procedures and equipment details are to be followed as per hospital policies
