Registered Nurse / Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary:
The facility has a staffing need for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse in a rotating day and night schedule. This position offers an 8-week assignment starting on January 4, 2027, with shifts approximately 12 hours long. The role requires adaptability to a rotating schedule and is open to both local and traveling candidates.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating Days/Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Level 1 Trauma Nursing Certification or equivalent work experience of 2+ years related to ICU; valid Massachusetts licenses; CPR certified as per American Heart Association standards; ACLS certification per American Heart Association standards; license and BILH coverage sheet required at submission
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings; familiarity with hospital policies regarding rotation and holiday RTO requests
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: This assignment is part of a winter staffing initiative; RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission; no more than three days RTO will be accepted; holiday RTO will not be approved; orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays, excluding holidays. Parking costs can be up to $43 per day in some cases.
