Job Summary
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in a 200-bed acute care hospital. This role involves providing specialized care for neonates, including high-risk deliveries, neonatal stabilization, and postnatal care. The schedule is night shifts, with a minimum commitment of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/11/2027.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license accepted), BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), no minimum experience required (candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience)
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge RN experience, experience in community hospitals, NICU II or III certifications, familiarity with Epic charting system, at least 1 year of NICU experience, experience with high acuity neonatal care, including deliveries and neonatal stabilization.
- Float: Float rotation may be required between sister facilities nearby the contracted hospital.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be available to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). All scheduling requests and RTO must be disclosed during submission; post-acceptance RTO may not be granted. Candidates will need to complete required modules prior to start, recorded in Workramp transcripts.
