Job Description
Job Summary:
Case Management Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospital setting. This position involves providing care coordination and discharge planning across various units within the facility, including multiple campuses. The RN will work days, Monday through Friday, with a focus on acute care experience, and must be adaptable to work in different hospital departments.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week, starting 10/05/2026 and ending 01/04/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington state license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of acute hospital experience including discharge planning and care coordination. Must have experience working in all hospital areas, including different campuses. Candidate must be willing to float between units and facilities as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Diverse case management experience in medical surgical, LLOS, or discharge planning areas preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required between hospital units and campuses.
- Additional Information: The RN will work in all areas of the hospital, including campuses less than 2 miles apart, with some flexibility needed around holiday scheduling and RTO requests. References covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years are required, along with verification of specific skills and certifications.
