Job Summary
Labor and Delivery registered nurse in an acute care setting. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to women during high-risk labor and delivery, requiring the ability to handle high-stakes situations with skill and compassion. The position offers the opportunity to work nights, focusing on maternal and neonatal patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience, graduate of an accredited nursing program, current registered nurse license (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field, five (5) plus years of recent experience (must have occurred within the last two (2) years) in Labor and Delivery is preferred, one (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years, High Risk Obstetrics (OB) experience preferred.
- Additional Information: Enable Skills-Based Hiring. Candidates must have license and certifications in ACLS. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/06/2026 and end on 01/02/2027.
