Pediatric Operating Room Nurse (OR PEDS) in a treatment or inpatient setting. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures, ensuring safety, effective communication, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The role demands a strong focus on patient-centered care, adherence to clinical standards, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Night shift; 12 hours shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification; three years of Operating Room circulating experience; at least one year of recent travel assignment experience within the last three years; proficiency in clinical equipment operation, computer use, and technology within the practice setting; responsible for guiding unlicensed assistive personnel as per the California Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies
