Registered Nurse / Medical Surgical Skilled Nursing

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Skilled Nursing (MS SNF) located in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves working closely with residents to coordinate and ensure the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, resident care plans, and interdisciplinary team meetings in compliance with all federal and state regulations. The position requires dedication to providing high-quality, individualized nursing care in a long-term care setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university; RN or LVN California license; current CPR certification; one (1) year verifiable experience as a licensed nurse providing care and services in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: MDS certification; current RN California license
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: RTO not approved unless noted in the offer.
